Occupy Boston and its March through Copley

On Saturday, October 15, protesters with the Occupy Boston movement marched through the streets from Downtown Crossing to a rally at Dewey Square. After the rally, many of the protesters continued their march down Boylston, turning at Copley back down Newbury Street back towards Dewey Square. The Boston Police Department escorted the movement throughout the march, shutting down traffic when possible. No arrests were made during the march for blocking traffic, as was the case in New York City a few weeks ago.
